We take security seriously and are very conservative in how we treat data. Our security measures began with the selection of our hosting company. They have a PCI compliant data center and systems that are both physically and electronically secured. All traffic to and from our website is secured with SSL.

Additionally, we do not ever personally see, nor do we record, store or otherwise have access to your credit card information. When you checkout and click on the button to finalize the payment, the transaction is encrypted and securely sent from your computer directly to the credit card processor.

In an effort to maintain healthy commerce and to protect our customers, the Victory Seed Company notifies the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) of fraudulent orders. We record and provide all pertinent information, including IP addresses, to the F.B.I. and we will aid and cooperate in the prosecution of any individual or organization involved in fraudulent credit card activities.

The Victory Seed Company has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your personal privacy. We believe that privacy is the foundation on which all other personal freedoms are built. We take this seriously!

We will not sell, or otherwise distribute, our customer mailing list. Our mailing list is used solely for the purpose of maintaining a relationship with our gardening friends (customers). We do not send unsolicited email (Spam). Note: Children 13 years of age or younger must have their parents subscribe for them.

Your personal information is safe with us and we do not divulge personal information except as follows:

• Banks, card authorization and fraud screening services. If you use a credit card for your purchase, we use a credit card gateway to process the transaction. We do not have access to your credit card information. During the ordering process, the bank itself accepts your card information and processes it, and then they inform our server that the order has been paid. The bank is also given your name and billing address. Currently we are using Elavon Card Processing with Converge as the payment gateway.
• Agencies or authorities with whom we are legally required to cooperate. We may disclose information during the investigation of fraud or illegal activity. For example, we may disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or comparable legal process. As of April 9, 2025 we have never had to disclose information under any of these kinds of situations.
