45 days — 'Round' zucchini are bush-type plants with speckled, green leaves. The fast growing, mild flavored fruit are best used when they reach about three to four inches in diameter, which occurs about seven days after flowering. Keep fruit picked for a productive and continuous harvest throughout the growing season.

"Round Zucchini" is kind of an oxymoron. That is, zucchini is a category of summer squash defined by a long, evenly cylindrical fruit shape. Since this summer squash is used like a zucchini, tastes like a zucchini, and looks like a zucchini (except for its shape), it has always been marketed as zucchini. Each packet contains four grams, which is approximately 30 to 34 seeds.
